These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.EdisonAirMachines.LLC (the “Website”), operated by Edison Air Machines LLC (“Edison Air Machines,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

2) Purpose of the Website

This Website provides general information and advertising related to our tire inflation station (“air machine”) placement and servicing services.

We do not accept payments through the Website.

3) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Website. By using the Website, you represent that you are legally able to enter into these Terms.

4) Website Content Is Provided “As Is”

The Website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We try to keep content accurate, but we do not guarantee it is complete, current, or error-free.

Nothing on the Website is legal, financial, or professional advice.

5) Inquiries, Quotes, and No Binding Offer

Any descriptions of services, placement terms, payouts, or availability on this Website are general information only and do not create a binding offer or contract.

Any installation/placement arrangement, servicing schedule, responsibilities, payout/remittance terms, and rules for a specific location will be governed by a separate written agreement between you and Edison Air Machines (the “Location Agreement”), if executed. If there is any conflict between these Terms and a Location Agreement, the Location Agreement controls.

6) Ownership of Machines and Restrictions (Core Rule)

If Edison Air Machines places an air machine at a location, then:

  • Edison Air Machines retains full ownership of the machine at all times.

  • The location owner/operator and its staff may not move, relocate, unplug, disable, open, service, repair, modify, or tamper with the machine for any reason.

  • The machine must remain installed as placed. If power must be shut off temporarily due to emergency or safety reasons, the location must notify us as soon as reasonably possible.

These restrictions exist to protect safety, prevent damage, and ensure proper servicing and accountability.

7) Remittance to Locations (Check or ACH)

If a location is eligible for remittance under a Location Agreement, Edison Air Machines may remit payments by check or ACH per the terms of that agreement.

The Website itself does not process payments, and we do not collect credit/debit card information through the Website.

8) User Communications

If you contact us through a Website form or by email:

  • You agree not to send unlawful, threatening, obscene, or abusive content.

  • You agree the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

  • You understand that email is not guaranteed to be secure. Do not send highly sensitive information unless you accept that risk.

9) Intellectual Property

All Website content (text, graphics, logos, designs, photos, layout, and branding) is owned by Edison Air Machines or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit Website content without our written permission.
